TOM wreaks havoc. Ignore the scale, keep the faith, it will go back down. I used to get lots of new lows after TOM finally left.

I should clarify: It's not the Indian FOOD, but my lack of control with it. It's so darned good, I tend to eat more than I need. Plus, I usually avoid the rice because I don't generally like rice anyway, but we tried a new-to-us version and I ate and ate and ate!

Figured i'd try this daily weigh in thing, maybe for a month, maybe longer, just to see what my patterns are.

2/7 156.8 (i deserved that one. Dinner out w a friend involving fried pickles)

A little bouncy. As long as the bounce is DOWN, i don't care!
