I'll post! I have no idea what my goal should be as I don't yet know exactly what to expect. I weight every other day right after my DD. I'll post my body-fat percentage too according to my scale. I figure even if it's off or inaccurate, it should at least be consistent.

02/01 - 138.7 lbs BF - 28.8% (Started JUDDD)
02/03 - 136.7 lbs BF - 28.6%
02/05 - 136 lbs BF - 27.9%
02/07 - 135.7 lbs BF - 27.8%

So far, I'm thrilled!!!

*My clothes fit amazing! I've already lost at least an inch around my waist and another around my hips.

For me "UUA" means "Up, up and away" (caloriewise) in contrast to a normal "Up" Day. And this is just one "U" more, because it was definitely too "up".

Mike, this question has been running through my head this afternoon...your calories seem kind of low overall for LC, and the exercise you're doing. Some LCer's are eating these kinds of calories and not exercising, and losing. I know I am eating about 2000 a day--minus today which I made a DD, and I am losing. I know you don't want to lose and are maintaining, but help me figure this out.

I used a couple of calculators to get my calories, one for Keto and one for If It Fits Your Macros, and JUDDD. All with 3-5 days of exercise and all of them set my max calories between 2800 and 2900.

So while I'm not actively looking for weight loss and I'm trying to do a recomp, I wouldn't mind dropping a few pounds. So on non-workout days I'm eating at about a 25% deficit and trying to eat up to the max calories on workout days. But on most days I'm not making it to my max calories. It may account for me maintaining or gaining a bit or bouncing around. It may also account for the fact that at the gym the last couple of days, even after a couple of rest days I have felt lethargic and actually had to back off on some of my lifts and lower the weights.

I might have to eat more, but I need to be careful on my macros to make sure I'm not getting too much protein or carbs. Carbs are fairly easy to control but getting too much protein is very easy and can mess up ketosis when I get too much.

Still trying to figure out maintenance, along with my exercise goals. It's not very easy. I may be underestimating my activity level and eating too low which is stalling me out, with the weight and performance. I'll try adding in a couple hundred calories extra each day and see if it makes a difference overall.

Well, I don't have the energy right now to figure it out, but I believe I can continue to lose if I maintain a overall calorie level of about 1500-1800 with LC. Eating carbs and junk food like I was doing for most of my JUDDD experience, I would need to eat about 1000-1150 average to lose well, if not less. It's interesting to think that you might be eating too little to lose more, or to get leaner (as you desire). I think you are extremely fit, but I only began to wonder how a man was eating near to the calories I was eating on LC (and exercising 100% more than I was), and yet maintaining, while I was losing (albeit slowly). I actually thought you would say that I really needed to cut my calories if I wanted to continue to see losses.
