Goal for February: Maintain under 150 and incorporate more (er, some) exercise.
I hope to accomplish this with a mixture of EOD and/or 5:2 rotations.

Concrats on the new low! Some JUDDDers have said you have to reach a weight several times before it "sticks." Look's like you're getting there!

U do a couple pretty's dd, one at a time. Get them under ur belt. Then the next gets easier, u get stronger knowing u can do it. )

I read Dr. Mercola's newsletter last week about ketogenic diets and IF so I am eating 80% fat this week. Looks like it is working too. I am still doing UD and DD but adding butter and HWC to my broth and things like that.
