Goal for February: Maintain under 150 and incorporate more (er, some) exercise.
I hope to accomplish this with a mixture of EOD and/or 5:2 rotations.

Goal for February is to maintain in the 120-125lbs range. I weigh after DD.

Feb 1: 120.8lbs
Feb 4: 120.8lbs
Feb 6: 120.4lbs

Possibly a bit of dehydration. There's a distinct lack of sufficient tea-making while I'm cleaning up for people from the floods That, or I'm underestimating the kcals I'm expending with all of this cleaning work. (I will be so grateful when it ends but it doesn't feel like it will as the rain continues to fall and the mud is putting a greasy film on everything and being trekked into homes and buildings everywhere.)

Dec 2014 A DXA scan reported very low muscle mass (sarcopenia) so I'm still thinking about how to cope with that. I have some joint surgery to schedule. I may miss questions that people ask me or personals. Apologies if I do, it's not intentional.
