Goal: Lose about one pound a week, so I aim at 147 lbs (that after an UP - would be great!)

02/01 - starting into Feb with 151,0 lb

02/03 - post UD (1860 cal): 151,6 lb
02/04 - post DD (480 cal): 150,4 lb
