I finished February (after a down day) @ 186 this morning.

Setting a similar goal for March. 1.75 pounds a week maybe, since it's getting harder as I lose more.

I am going on a retreat for the weekend so for the next three days, all bets are off. I am going to try REALLY HARD to stay on plan. I am bringing all my own foods to supplement the healthy (but carb-loaded) vegetarian food they have at the conference center. Even bringing some of my chocoperfection candy bars for desserts!

Praying I keep my self-control and don't gain 10 pounds at the retreat.

Hate to end the month on a bounce up and 5.4lbs more than the beginning of the month! But I've been feeling real good at the gym lately, lots of energy and increasing the weights each week so hopefully a it is just muscle and water at this point. Last weekend consisted of an overdose of carbs but I made sure to hit the gym hard to hopefully put them to good use. I may have pancakes tomorrow, but I will be going to the gym before hand so if I choose to, they will be put to good use too.

Hopefully March will bring some warmer weather and I can get out and walk/hike some. I definitely want the snow and cold to end but more is apparently on its way Monday!
