I know tomorrow will be "bounce up" day but hopefully, not all the way back! So, really, if I can control my DD cals I should be back in business, no?

Goal for February is to maintain in the 120-125lbs range. I weigh after DD.

Feb 4: 120.8lbs

Feb 9: 121.4lbs (post UD but no opportunity yesterday and Tuesday seemed an age away)

Feb 11: 122.4lbs
Feb 13: 120.4lbs (it was TMI gut issues/swelling, as I thought)
Feb 15: 120.6lbs

Feb 20: 120.4lbs
Feb 22: 121.4lbs

I've been watching you very closely because you're doing exactly what I've planned. I have a feeling 5:2 may not be enough - I didn't expect to keep losing on 4:3 for the past 2 weeks, but my loss has not changed a bit from EOD. Weird.

4:3 only gives you one extra up day per fortnight, so you wouldn’t expect that to be a huge slow down. I thought 5:2 would have made more difference though. I’ll be your canary .

Look at KeirasMom/Dawn - she has temporary upticks after 'free days/weekends' and is a model for how rapidly she sheds it afterwards. I hope that you resemble her in that Enjoy your retreat.
