Goal for February: Maintain under 150 and incorporate more (er, some) exercise.
I hope to accomplish this with a mixture of EOD and/or 5:2 rotations.

Start Date: A new start 1/1/14
Hopefully putting it in black and white will help inspire me to keep doing good. I started January at 269 determined never to see the 70's again. January was kind of up and down for me, but I ended it at 264.

My goal for February is low 250's. I don't do strict rotations but I've been pretty good at eating to my hunger. I'm another one who tends to overdo it on UD's, especially with the high carb junk.

I didn't see 170 thankfully, but I was up from the last time I weighed before the holidays.
