I'm super stoked about my weigh in this morning! Yesterday was an up day (didnt count calories... Ended the night with a 6 dollar burger, a large fry, some peanut butter cups, and a hard cider) AND I LOST WEIGHT!! Great start to the week and ready for today's down day

Nikki would you mind sharing how you do Fat Fast ? I want to shake things up a bit as I'm revolving around same figures for few months. Pure fat, no carb and no protein?

Fat Fast eating ideas/recipes - a 'proper' Atkins fat fast is 1000kcals per day with 90% of those kcals from fat and the remainder from protein/carbs. The modified version is 1200kcals of which 80% is fat.

Several people outline their fat fast strategies in: Reasons for a fat fast (Nikki gives a description in post #27).
