Feb 18 - 160 DD - turned into another UD - 1759 - strange same calories as yesterday, I didn't count them till I was done eating for the day - failed to plan, so plan failed!
Feb 19 - 159.5 DD - 150 calories
Feb 20 - 157 - UD now that's more like it
Feb 21 - 159 - DD planned... I was doing great yesterday and then I fell into a box of crackers... don't know why - brush myself off and move on! Thankful I ate ALL of the crackers - so no temptations today.

I love Juddd!! I reduced my UD cals to 1650 2 days ago and continued my uber low DDs for the last 2 and here I am. I think I'll continue the month this way and see what happens. I do expect a nice bounce up for tomorrow, though. It IS pizza Friday. LOL This is such a nice position to be in. How are you doing, slow?

I haven't been on roller coasters in forever because of my size, when I could ride them my daughter was too young, and when she started loving them I couldn't fit. Now that I am back to a size that will fit my daughter wants to go to all the parks again so that we can finally ride them together. I'm excited at the prospect but also a little leery that my stomach may no longer like them! We shall see this spring!

Today is my grandmother's funeral, so there will be a get together and feasting afterwards. I will be trying to keep it healthy, but I won't really be tracking every bite so who knows what the total will be.

I'm also thinking about upping my carbs above NK levels. I was looking back at my earlier JUDDD success and my carbs on DD's ended up anywhere between 20 and 60g and on UD's they ranged from 80-300g. I want to find a range that allows me to do well in the gym, and does not add body fat and continues to allow me to lean out. I'll ease back into it and then in March I'll probably aim for under 50g on rest days and under 150g on workout days, and plan for the carbs post workout.
