Yep, for the most part. I really would like to range between 120-125 instead of 125-130, but I am not complaining. I'm just happy to be where I am and staying there, FOR ONCE IN MY LIFE! Thanks for noticing love.

I hear you JD - I am struggling as well, my DDs have all but disappeared. I only had 3 so far this month. I will have to see what today brings - hopefully a low DD before my JUDDD magic disappears.
You are doing fine! Maybe you just needed a little maintenance for transitioning to retirement...and all that walking/exercise right now! No worries, you can bust things up again soon!

My UD went that way also. DD today is feeling good though.

Celtic Fan, 697 calories is not a failed DD, it is a higher DD. You were still at a huge calorie deficit for the day.

Here's a good thread on this, if you haven't seen it. I believe I had an epiphany...my longest post ever.

Kettleboy this is so unusual for you. Is anything different than last time?

Goal for February is to maintain in the 120-125lbs range. I weigh after DD.

Feb 1: 120.8lbs
Feb 4: 120.8lbs
Feb 6: 120.4lbs
Feb 9: 121.4lbs (post UD but no opportunity yesterday and Tuesday seemed an age away)

Feb 11: 122.4lbs
Feb 13: 120.4lbs (it was TMI gut issues/swelling, as I thought)
Feb 15: 120.6lbs

Feb 18: 119.4lbs
Feb 20: 120.4lbs

TMI gut issues but possibly a different origin this time. I can not bear to waste food and over the weekend, for the first time I ever remember doing this in my life, I forgot about the hardboiled eggs and left them boiling/simmering for 3 hrs (it's amazing the pan didn't boil dry). I couldn't throw them out so I chopped them up for egg salad on Monday and Tuesday and they don't seem to be agreeing with me. Boiled to the texture of rubber protein - hard to digest, who could have known?

You're so close to what you want. I had to take a JUDDD maintenance break when I was 133lbs as I just couldn't put up with the disappointments of the achingly slow progress when I was trying so hard. I never did need to go back into WLM as the 3 lbs left during maintenance (and, since then, has taken another 10lbs with it). Good luck.

Patience, grasshopper? 10 days ago, you were reporting in after 2 days of 'loss of control'. 5 days ago, you alert us that we need to look about for muscle memory gains. But today, you're concerned that something isn't working as you planned because of a scale number?

You needn't respond to any of this because it's absolutely none of my business but these are the questions raised for me. I wonder if you completed a minimum of 2 weeks of induction this time around? Are you following UD/DD rotations or are you combining them with several other WOEs/programmes as you did last time? (Warrior, IF with a 5 hour window(?), Burdock, - intense training? I have no sense as to how much activity you're doing or if you've introduced a new form that might be contributing to inflammation/water/DOMS gains.)

So I ate more on my up day then I should have. I didn't count anything. I'm realizing that I need to get better about planning healthy meals that appeal to me because otherwise I eat a bunch of junk that in the end doesn't really feel worth it. It's nice to see that even with all the stuff I ate yesterday I'm not above my starting weight. Generally that's what happens with other diets. I stick to them. Lose really slowly for a few days, cheat then end up higher than when I started. I'm encouraged and happy today is down day!
