Jumping in to post my first weigh in. Starting weight of 260. After my first down day (no food all day with a strawbeerita (horrible I know) I'm down 5 pounds!! I haven't seen this weight in months! Even on strict low cal atkins/stillmans... I'm excited to see what the average weight loss will be at the end of the first week. I know I'll be stoked if the 5 pounds stays off

Goal for February is to maintain in the 120-125lbs range. I weigh after DD.

Feb 1: 120.8lbs
Feb 4: 120.8lbs
Feb 6: 120.4lbs
Feb 9: 121.4lbs (post UD but no opportunity yesterday and Tuesday seemed an age away)

Feb 11: 122.4lbs
Feb 13: 120.4lbs (it was TMI gut issues/swelling, as I thought)
Feb 15: 120.6lbs

Feb 18: 119.4lbs

Just below the bottom of the range - it's OK, as the bottom of the range is allowed to be more porous than the top (particularly after DDs). Plus, because kayaking was cancelled x3 last week, it made it tricky to adapt the kcals intake appropriately and I seem to have got it ever so slightly wrong.

July 2014 Life, eh! In March I had a DXA scan which revealed very low muscle mass (sarcopenia) so I'm still thinking about how to cope with that. I may miss questions that people ask me or personals. Apologies if I do, it's not intentional and normal service may resume at some point
