Goal for February is to maintain in the 120-125lbs range. I weigh after DD.

Feb 1: 120.8lbs
Feb 4: 120.8lbs
Feb 6: 120.4lbs
Feb 9: 121.4lbs (post UD but no opportunity yesterday and Tuesday seemed an age away)

Feb 11: 122.4lbs
Feb 13: 120.4lbs (it was TMI gut issues/swelling, as I thought)
Feb 15: 120.6lbs

I'm a little surprised the weigh-in wasn't higher as I'm back to the TMI gut issues/swelling and kayaking was cancelled x2 already this week and may be again today because of the adverse weather.

Sept 2014 A recent DXA scan reported very low muscle mass (sarcopenia) so I'm still thinking about how to cope with that. I have some joint surgery to schedule. I may miss questions that people ask me or personals. Apologies if I do, it's not intentional.

For those struggling a bit trying to get back to where they want to be... have faith! It will happen!!

Lunch yesterday was a real highlight of my trip. Carol and her mom are just the sweetest people - their relationship is one of loving and caring and sharing... made me think fondly of my mom yesterday and I got to enjoy Valentine's Day - even got two hugs... which I was missing by not being home with my own sweet family. My trip here to AZ has been blessed from the beginning.

Need to reign it in. I'm hoping I'm just retaining water from too much eating and tons of walking the last couple of days. I also suspect TOM might be making an appearance soon, though I got the Mirena IUD a little over a week ago, and TOM will most likely be sporadic (or hopefully nonexistent) from now on. I am feeling a tad PMS-y.

Planning on a healthy and satisfying UD in spite of the weight gain and sickness. I'll have some warm soothing soups for the next day or two... and some citrus for the vitamin C.

That's the way to go you know the wgt fluctuation is all water! Hope you feel better
