Nope! Those were my original numbers at 190# and I stuck to them through the entire WL period. (Except for the time I thought I should reduce UD numbers and promptly stalled) I eat more on maintenance and have just started doing some small ab routine. I'll begrudgingly add more in soon.

I am working it! Blessed to be in the warm climate for the month of Feb - walking over an hour each day - loving life! Retirement is all that and MORE! Can I safely say I've left the 160s behind - ONCE again? Stay tuned...
