Sorry Frosty! I haven't had any issues with the jarrow capsules I got ... they aren't expensive. I wonder if you can take it back?

Thank you! I'm having it on exercise days. I can't say that I feel any different yet, but it tastes good and I figure it can't hurt. I know I'm not getting the protein I'm used to getting with these DDs so I think this is a good idea. I really cannot afford to lose LBM.
