WOE: Low Carb (Less than 30 total a day)
Start Date: Always Ongoing it seems
DD Wednesday - Plans?

I've had an upset tummy - probably nerves for tomorrow.
I'll be drinking hot tea, water, and maybe no calorie Sprite all day.

Tonight I'm thinking stir fry with chicken mixed oriental veggies and a little soy sauce and other spices. Yum!

1 cup veggies_ 33 cals
1.5 cup chicken_ 347 cals
2 tablespoons of soy sauce_ 20 cals

= 400 calories.

Tomorrow is an up day and I'm hoping to be able to eat soft food later in the evening. I'll be having Greek Yogurt, pudding, maybe a sweet potato, and soup later that night, I hope!! Hopefully I will not have to role with two DDs
