Up Day Monday - Plans

Today I am having tilapia, mushrooms, artichokes, blueberries, and ghee as my food items.

So...

Breakfast- tilapia fried in ghee
Lunch- tilapia fried in ghee, sauteed mushrooms
Snack- artichoke with melted ghee
Dinner- tilapia fried in ghee, mushrooms, artichoke
Dessert- blueberries

Since I am limiting my items(food rotation elimination scheme) I have to keep reminding myself to eat a LOT of each thing. The more so since I want to get full by the end of my Up Day. It is a nice thing to have to remember.

Here's my plan:

B - eggs/toast 280c
S - protein granola 190c
L - chick pea salad with turkey 310c
D - not sure, I have BUNCO tonight, so I may just save it all for snacking!
I have 1120c for just that!!!!!

Might have WINE at Bunco since I am HOSTING!

- nonfat plain Fage yogurt, baby carrots, orange

- salad and two slices leftover pizza

- some kind of snack when I get home from work, maybe cashews

- homemade chicken soup over rice, home made gluten free bran muffins

I’m on an up day — but hungry, which doesn’t seem right! My husband has been out at a meeting, so dinner’s late. Hope I don’t have to stay hungry much longer!

Start Date: 1/18/2014-JUDDD
I'm on Day 2, UP day! Well I had planned on having a huge breakfast, eggs, ham, toast with butter and jelly, orange juice BUT I woke up so late I just ate a bowl of Honey Nut Chex with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and a banana. With the cross country move I'm still trying to adjust to the time change and since I don't start rehearsals til this weekend and my "survival" job for two more weeks, I haven't really had any type of schedule or routine to adhere to so I've been staying up til like 4-5am and sleeping til like 1-2pm. I'm sure by next week, things will be on more of a schedule for me. ANYHOO...I am on my way to drop off my laundry and hit the grocery store. Tonight I'm gonna make a roast chicken with roasted pototoes, veggies and stuffing for dinner. I'll take the leftover chicken and carcass to make some DD soup and DD meals for tomorrow. Later on tonight I'm gonna treat myself to some Trader Joe's Organic Tortilla chips with their fire roasted salsa and a diet hansen's rootbeer.

There do seem to be fewer of us on this rotation, than the other. I'll be switching come Super Bowl Sunday, 'cause you KNOW I'm going big on that day!

2 coffees with half&half and Torani sf vanilla syrup
GG's Scandinavian Crispbread with 1 oz melted smoked mozzarella cheese
Vitamins/supplements

Breakfast:
One minute muffin (made with coconut oil) topped with 2 oz Greek yogurt, Truvia and pumpkin pie spice
herbal tea

Lunch:
Morningstar Griller's Prime "burger" topped with 1 tbsp Vegenaise and 1 cup spinach
1 cup steamed broccoli with 1 oz melted cheddar cheese
Better than Bouillon vegetable broth
Sugar free jell-o
herbal tea

Dinner:
3 egg omelet with diced Yves Good Dog & 1 oz melted cheddar cheese, 1 cup spinach
1 cup steamed broccoli with 1 oz melted smoked mozzarella cheese
Better than Bouillon vegetable broth
Crystal Light

Dessert:
2 homemade low-carb chocolate chip cookies

Nighttime snacks:
2 walnuts
2 pecans
2 hazelnuts
2 almonds
1 Brazil nut
