B: Coffee w/ 1 Tbsp hh creamer and 1/2 tsp coconut oil = 50
L: Broth = 30
D: Either a salad or a sandwich = 250

I forgot if this was a UD or a DD for me... I have been super busy with my DS bday preparations that I have strayed for the last few days.

I don't know what I will have today ... Hope I can do a good DD.

D- chicken with 1/2 C broccoli and 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/4 C greek yogurt with 1/4 C blueberries, 1/4 C cottage cheese, 2 HB eggs mixed with mustard
(dinner with be spread out over 8 hours)

total 431

The coffee ended up being spilled out after 3 sips= 15 calories

Bedtime snack:
5oz lettuce= 20
2oz cucumber= 8
2oz celery= 8
1oz pickle= 4
1/2 hard boiled egg= 36
finely chopped cilantro= 1
Total= 77+15= 92 for the day (On stand by is SF Jello= 10 with Cool Whip Free= 15 for an extra 25)

I had an all liquid DD. First for me and it came in at 234 calories.

At about 5 pm I had a sugar-free mocha cappuccino with one teaspoon of coconut oil stirred in.

All I can think of right now is that I can't wait until tomorrow! UDs sure are something to look forward to. Food. Glorious food.
