Right now my stomach is upset so I'm doing something I don't normally do and I'm nursing a Sprite.

Going out to dinner tonight with a friend who is in town for a few days. Will have water and either a salad or fish, depending on where we go.

B: MCT-boosted coffee
L: if I need it, it will be shirataki noodles and broth
D: salmon with HM dried tomato and peppers.

Supplements are konjac, potato starch, Mg and Zn. If my balance is horribly out of kilter with my ear infection, I might try an MCT-boosted cocoa before bed.

Greek yogurt & coffee around 3pm
Dinner will either be leftover General's chicken & coconut rice... or just some plain chicken & veggies

670c, if I can I will cut something back. Hoping to trim it to 600c or lower! The 670c is my options.

WE will probably eat out since we will be in Joplin town.
Fingers crossed for eating veggie and salad for din din.
No flour and sugar for two weeks for me! I can do it.

I made it. Feeling good. I successfully resisted the wine and chocolates that my friend brought, so I feel like Supergirl!
