Good morning!
I'm going to try to just have liquids today that will include a protein drink with 1 80cal scoop of protein powder and tons of water to sip through the day if needed. Also tea, diet coke and tons of water.

Haven't started yet. Here's my plan though:

B: caffeine tea
vitamins incl ptero blue
water
L: water, maybe more tea

D: 3 large eggs
1 bag coleslaw
2.5 oz lean beef (cooked patty) crumbled into a weird stirfry
maybe salsa if I can find some

snack at night: 70 cal from can of V8

Maybe a venison steak and salad or...

I'm trying for another liquids only/mostly, low DD today, because......


.....I'm weighing tomorrow. I'm nervous about it. Crazy, huh?

D: Chobani if I need it, otherwise more broth

So far coffee with half n half for 80
Planning on lots of water, lemon water, maybe some diet coke
And then holding off as long as I can. If needed hard boiled eggs and maybe leftover rib steak from yesterday for protein.

Crossing fingers that this will be a good DD! I didn't wake up hungry. Good.

I'm going to the gym (my second day in a row, yay!) that will keep my mind off food and hopefully won't make me hungry afterwards.

avoid too much salt today. Don't want to be retaining water!

Yes, you're right. Nix on the broth for today. I enjoy it, but not that much!

I'm glad you're jumping on the low-er carb wagon - a bunch of us are doing it right now so that helps. Can't wait to see those pounds dropping off you!

I had part of some chicken salad that billed itself as 220 calories for the whole lot. I suspect it was more like 500 calories lol. Then tonight I've had nothing but coffee and cream, and I think I'm at my limit. I don't have much hunger, and will probably be done. I'm going ahead with LC as long as I can, so I'm not terribly concerned if my DD today is not the lowest ever.

550 for me today. was going for a liquid DD, but 4 hours after my spinning class, i knew that was not happening.

i'm ok with it. burned 500, ate 550.

Working out today did not make me hungry. It actually seemed to subdue my appetite.

I'm at a solid 5 and it's now close to 9 p.m. here. Hope I can re-enact today on all my DDs.

I bailed.
I did good till about 4pm, when I made the conscious decision to bail.

Keeping myself together emotionally and on eating plan is too hard this weekend. I think I *could've* done it, but I didn't want to be really hungry and really sad at the same time.

I had a handful of rice crackers (literally, a hand full)
same of wheat thins
then I called DH to see when he was coming home from a late-ish work event
I asked him to pick up subway sandwhiches, mine was probably around 1000, b/c there was cheese, the meats, and mayo
and a bag of chips, 300.

Oh, and before he came home, I had some dreamfields pasta with about 4T of butter and same of margarine.

I'm going to try not to disappear on you this weekend and next week, but my meals will be weird like this, I'm sure.
