Thank you, sweet JB. I wonder if this means I need to cut back quite a bit on my UD calories. I imagine my intake on Thurs was probably 1800 tops, maybe less. I did have a bowl of ice cream after I got home and a little snack. Most UDs I go over by 200-600 cals. Sometimes more. No duh!

I had a great drop my first 10 days and this week I only lost about 1.5.
Scale is reading in the right direction, though, and I am determined to stick this out!

Thank you JBs! Pat, that ice cream was after a chocolate torte dessert at dinner. Plus, I also had some bottle cap candy. I do always use a bowl unless it's the pint size.

I think the two weeks off rotations might have helped as well.

I don't know if it was that I found Atkins at the same time I got a computer and got online and found an Atkins based LC forum, I want to say it was "Atkins Followers" and man things would get tense. Don't know if that was the reason for all the guilt I felt if I ate a dang cracker or not...all I know is we are all adults, individuals, all TRYING to find a way at living healthier and thinner lives...it's hard, so it's good to have support as we find what works for each of us! And yeah, what works for one may not work for the other but we've got a common goal...looking hot...I mean, being healthier and losing weight! PEACE, LOVE AND HAPPINESS JUDDD BUDDDS!!!

Well, as we know, weight loss is frustrating and non-linear. Unfortunately that 5-lb drop went up to only 2 lbs and stayed there even after yesterday's DD. Hopefully, things won't get stuck again so soon!
