Up Day Thursday - Plans?
 
I want to eat very clean today. Plain protein, and veg, limited categories. I'm still feeling the wheat 'hangover' from the day before yesterday, so I need to treat my body gently.

I'm planning on lamb, lamb, and more lamb, and green smoothies made with spinach, beet, and pineapple. Spinach salad with olive oil.

Not the most exciting Up Day, but it should set me up for feeling better very quickly.

B-1/4 c almonds, strawberries
L-will most likely be going off of my plan and eating a hamburger
Supper-tilapia, cucumber mixed with mayonnaise, maybe some potatoes

B- V8 juice, a little later cup of plain yogurt with frozen cherries
L- probably a salad with tuna
D- chicken, some type of veggie

If my calories are too low, may have an Atkins chocolate shake
have to work on getting my calories higher

B: Moonchild's bacon cheeseburger quiche, coffee, iced tea
L: Romaine with HB egg and ranch dressing, 4.6 oz grilled pork chop
D: ?? A protein and a vegetable
S: If needed, pepperoni and aged cheddar

B - 2 eggs/toast 280c
S - granola bar 190c
L - brocc/chicken soup 200c
D - hamburgers on the grill with tater tots
- I'm thinking FROYO to get me my calories!

It's low, I know I will add some other stuff in there. 1900c is the goal!

Thanks, Handbells. Luckily, it is not too bad. I am in a better place physically now, and can bounce back quicker.

I'm holding off as usual.

Eating very sweet home grown beets, freshly harvested from our green house. And R chicken little Heinz 57 sauce. Chicken dry. Hope that holds me.
D. Shrimp, lettuce salad, and a veggie.
I'm on a Adkins kick for awhile:)

Had the day from you-know-where and I'm stressed. I stuck to my plan, and dinner will be chicken thighs and a vegetable.

However; I'm going to be having a nice tall rum/Cascade Ice after dinner. I'm only 5 days into induction, but I'm at goal/close to goal, so I'm hoping it won't derail me too much.

Change my mind. For dinner, I had two Nathans hot dogs with cheddar cheese in the hot dog, also had a 1/2 cup of cucumbers with ACV.

Total calories for today was 1,187. I hope as this woe continues, I will increase my UD calories.

I made it through my Up Day, eating just what I wanted to and nothing else.

Lamb chop.
Spinach-pineapple smoothie.
Lamb roast and spinach with olive oil.

Feels good, like I treated myself right.
