DD HUMP DAY - Wednesday, Plan?

HUMP DAAAAAAAY

Love that camel!

OK I have been battling sinus crap and taking a bunch of meds. When I take that many meds, DD's have to involve eating earlier than I like...but such is.

Here's my plan:

eggs/toast 210c
quest bar 170c
salad 85c
soup 180c

Was going to try to wait till 10 to eat, but my tummy isn't liking the meds I have already taken....so I will be eating soon.

Good dd morning Monica and u know who u are as well!
Monica have u ever snorted saltwater after in the shower.
I've done that for years with sinus problems, dizzy, nausea. it does help me.
I put a small amount of salt in hand before intering the shower, add warm water, snot and wala gobs of gross stuff comes out naturally. It works for me.

My dd is in the pot, literally, in the crock pot.
Rostisserie chicken bones, few carrots, celery, and water in the crock pot last night before bed.
Sit cp on high temp. During the night my hd said, "can I turn that slop off that's in the kitchen cooking"
The house did smell nice
SO I restarted the cp this am and will have the wonderful home made broth hopefully around 11 am. After straining it out and then cooling it to get the fat off.
My day huh
The afternoon will be followed by diet coke, lemon water.
Last meal? Fish related, something green.

Eieio, I use the netipot daily. It is something I have done since 05/2007! I have only had 1 sinus infection since that time (when before I had 4+ a year). This isn't an infection, just sinus CRAP! I am improving each day...so hopefully I am almost to the end. THanks for the suggestion.

Sounds like some good plans guys! Here's mine:

B: Coffee w/ 1 tbsp hh cream and 1/2 tsp coconut oil = 50

D: Either frozen healthy choice meal for 280 or 1/2 turkey ham sandwich for around the same.

Chilly DDs mean things are going well, Beverly!

Howdy all. 90 cals so far, just coffee cals, although I did have 1 peppermint Hershey's kiss. (coffee breath, bluck!) I'm not sure if I'll have a skinny latte or have some veggies during dinner with the family. I do better with only liquids, but I'm making steak, roasted potatoes & veggies for everyone tonight...might need to save the latte cals and go for the veggies.

That's right I forgot about that. My hands are like ice! I've been doing coffee also but i think it's really messing with my sleep. may have to switch to decaf.

My Down Day plain is water, water, and ore water. I had way too many starches yesterday, and need to flush them out.

I might even do a fish and green smoothie Up Day tomorrow, not exactly low-calorie, but all super 'clean' foods. I feel very stodgy today.

But the noodles were delicious.

I didn't want the bouillon, so total calories are 240. I know it 5cals but those numbers add up quickly. I did walk the 1.5 miles this afternoon. I really feel good.

So far, I'm at zero calories.

But I'm seriously starving today. So I'm hoping to make it to 6pm, where I'll then have something warm. Probably a nuked hardboiled egg.

{sigh} I am starving. Happens every time. When will I learn? LIQUIDS MELINDA, ONLY LIQUIDS ON DDs!!! I had a plate full of steamed veggies with the family at dinner. STUPID! <shaking head>

I've made a commitment to eat cleaner this month. I've forgotten how much I can eat when I'm not eating crap! I had a tough time getting my cals in yesterday but I did it so today would be better.
I'm not sure if its the ptero (took 300mg this morning, but its only day #2 of taking it) but today rocked! LOL, its not over yet but its getting close.
I had 1 TBS HWC (50), a fiber drink (70), water, roasted veggies (~100) and 4oz grilled chicken breast (~150). A little higher than my calculated DD number of 354 but I'm happy with how easy it was to pull off. Now if I can just keep from doing something silly like snacking before bed.

I made it. Honey did not: he was making toast as I staggered to bed(I fell asleep on the sofa--well, it is one way of avoiding eating in the evenings!)

Well I was running around on 75 cals until evening time.
The got the popcorn popper out as planned.
Needed up with 600 ish cal...I'm with that #
So glad I had popcorn last night caz Iza doing Atkins for two weeks.
