My First Week Back on JUDDD

Yesterday marked my first week back on JUDDD.

Total loss for the week: 10.4 pounds

I'm happy with this obviously, but now I know the real work begins. The first week is sort of easy with all the excess water weight. My last run at JUDDD produced great results for several months and then NADA. As you all know, I eventually quit because I couldn't take any more months of not losing.

I am praying that doesn't happen this time. It would be absolutely devestating and I don't know where I'd go from there.

Thanks...This isn't my first time with JUDDD, so I'm hoping to have better success this time. Last time, nothing I did worked.

W-O-W! Karen, that's a fantastic start! This is way easier said than done, but I would advise you not to worry about a potential stall. Try to not even think about it. Just focus on doing your rotations, pay attention to how your body responds to different foods, and visualize losses continuing as long as you need them to.

I'm fascinated by the law of attraction, and it says whatever you are thinking about is what will manifest. Meaning if you think about/worry about a stall, you may attract it to yourself. Think only about what you DO want, and attract that to you instead!
