B: mate/chicory blend "tea" (i.e. caffeine-like stimulant, if not actual caffeine, which I think it is), with a drop of almond-coconut milk

vitamins incl 2 pteroblue

L: none planned

D: 6oz chicken breast (256), stir fried with 1 bag of coleslaw (100)
1/2 a pineapple, (I have 6oz as 87 cal)

S: I'm planning for a before-bed snack (like Carly does!). I'm debating 2c of almond milk or 1 can of v8.
about the same cals, but V8 has 1g more protein? :confused:

In the neighborhood of 520cals

Mid-afternoon salad and egg, or cabbage and egg.
Evening broth.

Experimenting with food again on DDs in the hopes that I'm not nuts to devour everything in the house on UD mornings. This may have worked yesterday.

I'm contemplating an all liquid, and lower calorie DD today. I'll see how the day progresses.

B: Hot tea, Coffee/HWC
L: Chicken broth/hot sauce
D: Coffee/HWC, maybe a chobani if I need it

Target: 200 if I can manage it, but leaving my options open.

water, water and more water! Juice of one lemon for 12
Some kind of protein for dinner, either eggs or ground turkey probably
more water...

Salad and cabbage is an interesting mix, sort of made it a warm salad. I may not be revisiting this experiment.

my mom went through a warm salad phase when I was in my teens. Some worked, some didn't. I feel you struck on one that didn't :p

I woke up at 1:15am :stars:
Left the house at 6:15am to go give a training in Queens (Got a consultant job as a result).

Water with Lemon all day.

Bedtime snack:
6oz lettuce= 24
2oz celery= 8
2oz cucumber= 8
1oz tuna= 25
.25oz turkey pepperoni= 17
half a hard boiled egg= 36

Total=118 (80 calorie yogurt on standby if needed).

L - Same
D - Last of the broth with mushrooms and shirataki I made the other night - it was too thick so I'm going to add more broth to it.

Last weigh-in tomorrow before our trip.

The only kind of "warm salad" I like is warm chicken or beef (or fish) on top of cold salad. ;)

I may need an intervention ...
I wasn't hungry today, but at 5:00 this evening I caved and started eating everything in sight! I even told people " I am not hungry, but I am stressed and want to eat."

At least I can feel that I am not really hungry. If I just can stop myself from putting that first bite in my mouth I will be ok.

This has been my lowest DD ever, at 150 calories. I managed on one coffee/hwc and lots of tea all day, then had a Chobani for dinner. I totally could have gone without the Chobani, but I wanted to get in some protein for the day. I'm very pleased and I never felt hungry all day!

Yes, and yes! LOL mine isn't quite that grand.... 4 little clay pots under 2 lights. 3 have 2 basils in them, and the 4th has chives.
I wish I could have a whole wall-- or live somewhere where I could grow them outside year round.
Something to strive for...

I can get with a warm bacon dressing on a spinach salad. And what ^^^ you said Cindy. After that, I'm not so sure.

I sometimes, rarely, but sometimes, have a great DD where I could go without eating at all. I love that feeling, right?
