Down Day Monday - Plans
I am having salmon three times today, with a salad added for dinner.
And lots of water.
And lots of chores and errands, keeping me busy! :)
Lots of protein planned for today. And of course lots of fluids. Gonna make this DD rock!

Nothing but no calorie fluids, as usual.
I am glad that this is the last day of meds. My last two DDs, Saturday and today, I've been a little dizzy. It's pretty annoying.
I am planning on trying to donate blood tomorrow. I have been turned down recently for high BP. I think I will extend this DD through tomorrow afternoon, until after I donate (2 PM). DDs are pretty diuretic for me, so that may help with the BP.

My dd is going to be be high, like 800 cal.
Starters I cleaned out the refrigerator. All of the little dishes of this and that's.
Dab of monkey bread, one lonely biscuite, dab of gravy, little piece of cheese see. Ho humm I 'll get the calculator warmed up.
B- chicken bouillon 5 cals
S- chicken bouillon 5 cals
L- V8 70 cals
D- Hamburger patty 330 cals
1 cup of cabbage cooked in olive oil and little butter 50 cals
1 tbsp low carb ketchup 5 cals
Total carbs= 465
Also several glasses of unsweetened tea
1 120z can of diet mt dew

But I didn't do as well as you did today.
I never pass up a UD.
Good DD today. Very bloated today though. I guess from drinking some wine over the weekend and having a breakfast burrito and rice last night. More carbs than I am used to.
Today had just my gelatin shake and some hot chocolate all day.
Dinner was tuna with turmeric paste and mustard in a lettuce leaf, a few baby carrots and a few dried okras.
