Trying to tackle a project around the house today, and have other obligations as well... Hope to keep this a DD, and go no higher than 500. Less if possible.

OK. here i am. this is it. after geeeeezzzz, 4 UD's????? i need to make this one count in a big fat way.

60 cals worth of coffee so far.

keeping super busy as to not have hands available for eating.

It's almost 1:30pm and I've not gotten out of bed for the day yet.

Bc I had caffeine yesterday and was up till 3:30am. :eek:

500 is the goal, 600 is still acceptable.

4:45pm- Almond milk latte= 15

Bedtime snack: Not totally sure yet. Maybe a big salad, maybe soup, maybe a WW Smart One... not sure.

Did the groceries. Am having a coco chai tea, with a splash of almond coconut milk (they finally sell it here). Amps up the coconut part of the chai nicely.

Now considering breakfast for dinner... Huge bowl of cereal, something like that.

Nothing all day except coffee this morning, and I feel great. Bout time too!!! Going for another walk now, and not sure what I might eat later, but I feel good about today. :)

Up since 2am. Ridiculous! Coffee until late afternoon. A cup of broth, a salad with an egg in it, vinegar dressing. Done.
Hoping, hoping this makes me less crazily hungry tomorrow morning. Would love to break the LOW DD - UUAD cycle.:)

Luna bar = 210 calories

around 310 calories

Same here. I'm bumping up my DD's to see if it helps me not to pig out on UD's. I Probably need to increase water.

I think I decided on Progresso Chicken and Cheese Enchilada. Whole can is 180.

So 225 for the day. (An 80 calorie yogurt will be on hold if needed).

I finished with:
1.5 large eggs scrambled with 1/2 slice cheddar and fresh basil from my herbs growing on the herb shelf! (Shared eggs SW/ dh bc we were too lazy to get more eggs from the basement fridge!)

Then, 2.5 c of cereal with almond milk (300ml)

Comes in at 490.

Could have a 50cal pepperette later I suppose, bt I'll work on not needing it.

I had a hamburger patty w/ketchup and mustard, and about 4 oz of sweet potato. Delicious. 425 total for the day.

B - Coffee with one packet chocolate yoohoo and 1 tsp coconut oil
L - Same
D - Bone broth with sliced mushrooms and shirataki noodles. I added some gluc powder to thicken the broth a bit but added too much and didn't care for it as much - I have a good bit left over, which I'll thin out with more broth for Tuesday's DD dinner.

I did well yesterday, but I guess my high UD and MD the day before were reflected in my weigh in this morning. :( A .2 loss lol.

I'm up this morning, after yesterday's DD... 1lb, but I don't want to talk about it :(

I was going to add that I felt rather ill toward bedtime, maybe a reaction to the carbs from dinner... So I ate some salsa, and a bunch of olives, and 3 rice crackers.

so my gain might be water, too, b/c that's all salty stuff. Planning a LC UD today :)
