UD
I actually am trying to track calories so I used my online tracker. Had to delete some items as it went way over. Whine whine
B - coffee with HWC, sausage patty
L - baked sweet potato, butter
D - pork in the crockpot with swiss chard
And that is all I can have within my calorie limits as I am in WLM instead of maintenance.

I had the most delicious breakfast/lunch. 2 cream cheese pancakes (crepes) "fried" with baby banana rounds, topped with dulce de leche. And bacon on the side. Gotta have bacon. Now I'm done till dinner--I believe breakfast and coffee were about 800. 1000 left for supper.

Keira chose Banh Mi for lunch. That's my girl!

Dinner: We have reservations at Fleming's steakhouse. There is no nutritional information listed on their website and the menu looks quite caloric. I'm thinking it's going to end up a free day. I'm planning on doing Atkins induction starting tomorrow, so I guess it'll be a blow-out day.

WOE: Thinking of trying NK
B - Bacon, eggs, Maria sub roll with butter, BPC
L - two leftover pork ribs with dry rub seasoning, not much there, just to hold me over to dinner
D - Went out for thai food. I love a meal at this restaurant that is served with shirataki noodles! I don't know the calorie count, though. It's kind of high-sodium though, so expecting some water retention tomorrow.

EI, you're welcome!

Dawn, are you doing Atkins JUDDD ? Or straight Atkins, no tracking calories?

Me-- had 1/2 a bag of popcorn at home (dh bought some fancy ones with nifty flavors, like maple and sea salt, the othe is lemon something). It was ok.

Then we played wii for a bit. Then went to a movie with friends- had a regular bag of movie popcorn with butter (dh ordered before I could stop him) and 2 handfuls of peanut m&m's.

Then we went for dinner. These are the friends we went to Disney with, btw. Did I tell you how nuts the guy of the couple drove us? anyway, aside from his epic indecision with the menu, didn't want to kill him today

I had a Bloody Caesar (do you guys have that in the US?)
Then a brisket burger (brisket on burger, with onions and sauce I think).
Only had half the bun, and a few sweet potato fries, and gave the rest of the fries away. Few sips of beer, but I think it was Heineken.

Not my beat UD, but not my worst. Next time, I'll go salad instead of fries, and no bun. It want bad, but they're never worth it.

Onward to a great dd!
S.

Tex-Mex went out the window. I went on a spying mission with a friend because apparently that's what adults do now (long story) and I treated my friend to her first ever test of Chick-fil-a. It was amazing! I'm so glad I stuck to yogurt and fruit all day just so I could indulge.

Soren, is a bloody ceasar equivalent to a bloody Mary?

Just posting now for yesterday.
Breakfast was a breakfast burrito from braums. It was wonderful!!!

kinda just snacked for lunch. We were busy all day. Had a few nuts, baby carrots and some dried okra.

Early dinner at buffalo wild wings. 5 wings in Sriracha (sp) sauce. Its a new sauce and wonderful!!! Side salad with ranch.

Didn't eat dinner. Had about 7 pork skins with salsa and 5 baby carrots with cucumber dill dip.

Glass of wine. I found this new wine that is totally organic and made with very very low sulfites. It is wonderful!! Its called Our Daily Red!!
Made in California. I'm hooked but................since there are so little sulfites you really have to drink it within 3 days or so. So I have to drink a small glass every night to keep it fresh. Such a hardship I know!!

Very very similar. The tomato juice has clam juice in it, usually a premade mix called "clamato" but I suppose you could do it fresh. Served with a big celery stalk.

I think of it as a liquid salad (mine also had a pickle this time too).

Still trying to decide. I'm tracking calories for information purposes, but leaning toward not worrying about rotations for now.
