UD Saturday- keep on posting!

Ok, dh made breakfast.
He never follows the instructions on the pancake mix, but i asked him to, for my portions. He did! :jumpjoy:

B: 6 normal pancakes, 130 for 2, so 390
Various toppings, taking breakfast to 665

Not sure about the rest of the day, but will stick to limits.

KeirasMom 01-11-2014 10:14 AM

B: Jimmy Dean Delights turkey sausage breakfast bowl with salsa (250)
L: ?? Keira and I will be out, so I'll let her choose
D: ?? Date night, so something more decadent than I probably need, and several cocktails

LoCarbGal 01-11-2014 10:23 AM

B: Coffee/HWC, big serving of Chobani
L: Salmon leftovers
D: Baked chicken breast, Brussels sprouts w/butter

I'll have about 400-500 left to fill after these items. I'm sure I can do it, even without my gimlet!

adillenal 01-11-2014 10:38 AM

UD
I actually am trying to track calories so I used my online tracker. Had to delete some items as it went way over. Whine whine
B - coffee with HWC, sausage patty
L - baked sweet potato, butter
D - pork in the crockpot with swiss chard
And that is all I can have within my calorie limits as I am in WLM instead of maintenance.

LiLi914 01-11-2014 10:38 AM

I'm going out with friends tonight so I'm trying to keep my day light. It helps that I'm busy today.

L: Granola Bar
D: Tex-Mex restaurant. Most likely chicken burrito and tons of guacamole.

Hope everyone is having a great Saturday.

geobom 01-11-2014 11:31 AM

B-coffee with HWC
L- grilled ham & cheese sandwich, 1 grapefruit, 1 cup cooked carrots
D- made a pot of chicken noodle soup for DH who is sick, so probably a bowl of soup and a slice of Italian bread with butter.
S- a few adult beverages

Kathy

Planelman 01-11-2014 11:52 AM

B: BPC x2

You all had such a nice healthy day ... I wish I could say the same.
Started out good ... Ended bad.

Someday I will eat so well that I will want to post!

Librarygirl 01-11-2014 05:53 PM

Well, I dunno, LCL. I had a decadent lunch/breakfast and a kinda healthy dinner, but also cooked biscuits and had 2 with butter. I'm finishing up with red wine. :D

Keira chose Banh Mi for lunch. That's my girl!

Dinner: We have reservations at Fleming's steakhouse. There is no nutritional information listed on their website and the menu looks quite caloric. I'm thinking it's going to end up a free day. I'm planning on doing Atkins induction starting tomorrow, so I guess it'll be a blow-out day.

penguinpower 01-11-2014 06:58 PM

B - Bacon, eggs, Maria sub roll with butter, BPC
L - two leftover pork ribs with dry rub seasoning, not much there, just to hold me over to dinner
D - Went out for thai food. I love a meal at this restaurant that is served with shirataki noodles! I don't know the calorie count, though. It's kind of high-sodium though, so expecting some water retention tomorrow.

JMBM 01-11-2014 08:32 PM

B: coffee w / hh creamer
L: 2 pieces of pizza 1 beadstick 3 wings
D: hb patty mac n cheese green beans and a roll.

I can be sure I went over. Ok tomorrow is another day. :stars:

Compared to what I ate today... It is great.
:(

EI, you're welcome! ;)

Dawn, are you doing Atkins JUDDD ? Or straight Atkins, no tracking calories?

Me-- had 1/2 a bag of popcorn at home (dh bought some fancy ones with nifty flavors, like maple and sea salt, the othe is lemon something). It was ok.

Then we played wii for a bit. Then went to a movie with friends- had a regular bag of movie popcorn with butter (dh ordered before I could stop him) and 2 handfuls of peanut m&m's.

Then we went for dinner. These are the friends we went to Disney with, btw. Did I tell you how nuts the guy of the couple drove us? :annoyed: anyway, aside from his epic indecision with the menu, didn't want to kill him today :jumpjoy:

I had a Bloody Caesar (do you guys have that in the US?)
Then a brisket burger (brisket on burger, with onions and sauce I think).
Only had half the bun, and a few sweet potato fries, and gave the rest of the fries away. Few sips of beer, but I think it was Heineken. :p

Not my beat UD, but not my worst. Next time, I'll go salad instead of fries, and no bun. It want bad, but they're never worth it.

Onward to a great dd!
S.

Tex-Mex went out the window. I went on a spying mission with a friend because apparently that's what adults do now (long story) and I treated my friend to her first ever test of Chick-fil-a. It was amazing! I'm so glad I stuck to yogurt and fruit all day just so I could indulge.

Soren, is a bloody ceasar equivalent to a bloody Mary?

itsmeshelly01 01-12-2014 06:29 AM

Just posting now for yesterday.
Breakfast was a breakfast burrito from braums. It was wonderful!!!

kinda just snacked for lunch. We were busy all day. Had a few nuts, baby carrots and some dried okra.

Early dinner at buffalo wild wings. 5 wings in Sriracha (sp) sauce. Its a new sauce and wonderful!!! Side salad with ranch.

Didn't eat dinner. Had about 7 pork skins with salsa and 5 baby carrots with cucumber dill dip.

Glass of wine. I found this new wine that is totally organic and made with very very low sulfites. It is wonderful!! Its called Our Daily Red!! :) :) :)
Made in California. I'm hooked but................since there are so little sulfites you really have to drink it within 3 days or so. So I have to drink a small glass every night to keep it fresh. Such a hardship I know!! :) :) :)

Very very similar. The tomato juice has clam juice in it, usually a premade mix called "clamato" but I suppose you could do it fresh. Served with a big celery stalk.

I think of it as a liquid salad (mine also had a pickle this time too).

S.

Still trying to decide. I'm tracking calories for information purposes, but leaning toward not worrying about rotations for now.
