I have a boiled egg for breakfast. Lettuce with spray dressing and 4 oz. chicken for lunch. Not sure about supper.

I've taken 2 Ptero this morning but I'm still STARVING.

Hi Karen. Noticed you've been taking the Ptero. Can you tell that it helps? Have been thinking about placing an order and wanted to know if you are liking it. Love your puppy in your avi btw. Very cute!

JMBM- I admire your restraint. I could NEVER stop at two pieces of sushi.

My plans for today are water through the day, and a green salad with some turkey meat on it for dinner.

B: Black coffee, Quest bar (165)
L: Chili w/onions and scorpion pepper sauce (184)
D: 8 oz tilapia with salsa (226)

If I don't add anything else, this comes to 575 calories and 81 grams of protein.

I've put on some weight with UUADs and 5:2, so I think I'm going back to EOD. I'll allow up to 700 calorie DDs, and not worry too much about UDs and see what happens.

It's all I have left otherwise down the hatch it'd be! I am a sushi fiend! Spicy salmon roll is my fave.

My local sushi place makes a great chirashi: lots of different fish varieties mixed together, topped with roe, and served with lime juice. I could probably eat four cups if I wasn't afraid they'd ban me.

Coffee. Period. No more excuses. I'm even taking DH out for lunch...and I will have coffee (black) or diet soda. I've been in the house since Saturday (snowed in) so when I'm running errands later, if I need something, I'll have my skinny latte. THAT IS IT! If I so much as eat a morsel, I will be back and you all better LET ME HAVE IT! Mmm kay?

I've only been taking them a few days. So far, I can't tell a difference. I'm hoping it has a cumulative effect and it will help eventually. I've seen some say it really helps and some say they can't tell a difference. So I guess it's an individual thing.

That is my Izzy...she just turned 14 years old Tuesday!

Aww, so sweet. I've got one in my salon today getting a haircut. Pekingese are usually one of my best groom dogs (knock on wood) lol. I've got to finish her haircut so we will see. Her name is nilla and so far she is soooo sweet.

As for the ptero I'll probably do some more reading up on it before I order.

You're a groomer? Awesome. I also have Shih Tzu and it seems every time I find a groomer I like, they move or go out of business or something. Too bad I'm too far away...Huntsville, AL.

DD today and I had decided to up them a bit to 500-600. HOWEVER having a PLAN would help.

I am two weeks from retirement, planning to drive across the USA to warmer weather as soon as I'm retired (so the packing and getting the house here ready to be empty for 6 weeks) - and the bad weather in the northeast - I'm a bit stressed out... thus the break from low DDs for now.

THAT SAID...

b was coffee with half and half - about 20 calories
d will be protein, some veggies and 100 calories of some kind of treat

I have fallen back into a bad habit of munching after dinner. Tonight I have to bake desserts for DH's meeting - no munching!

TMI alert: More is coming out today than is going in. I'm hoping to have a good weigh in tomorrow with this bug.

Also, I was planning to go back to EOD, since DH was supposed to be gone tonight and tomorrow and working on Saturday, so our date night was going to be postponed to next weekend, but now it's back on for Saturday. So today will remain a DD, tomorrow will be a mid or UD and then Saturday's another UD.
