I was going to have a higher DD today because I slept through dinner last night. But I feel really carpy, like a really bad hangover (I only had 1 glass of wine!) so nothing appeals to me right now. :sick:

Had a 6" turkey and veggies on whole wheat sub about an hour ago.

Dinner will be chicken broth and maybe a few saltines at most.

That puts me at:
322 cals
1 g carbs
34 g protein

Maybe I'll have an ounce or so of cheddar cheese for dessert.

Well I'm flat on by back. Low back muscle spams galore.
Shouldn't have my usual liq dd due to bathroom visits:)
That's the only reason I get up and move is br trips.

I did have my gravy and b fix last total worth it. Yum
I had two of everything, two biscuite, two sausage, gravy as needed.
Wt 139.6 still, me happy.
No problem with not touching the salt shaker, the sausage had tons of sodium.

I have only had coffee today and I will probably eat dinner at church tonight.........which I know will be over my DD calories. I am going to try to just eat a salad, but they are having baked spaghetti and I am kind of a sucker for pasta :p

Mainly liquids until dinner with DH.

BPC (reduced amounts)
SF Hot Chocolate w/cream
Coffee w/cream
Water

Planning on a crispy LC tortilla w/cheese for dinner.

add me to the "enjoying" a DD as well....

still on my 60 cals of coffee. i REEEAALLY want this one to go well as i had a less than a lb bounce after an UD.

if necessary i will have some broth. i really need to get the low sodium, the one i have is way toooo salty. i get puffy just breathing in the steam ;)

coffee with half and half for 60 calories so far.

It's been a very stressful morning. I HATE dealing with stress on DDs. I won't bore you with the details about the source of the stress.

Right now I want to go bang my head against a wall. I already yelled a lot and that didn't help. OK, venting and ranting over. For the moment.

No plan for DD.

Possible plan: Drink as much water as possible. Take all my supplements. Walk twice around the lake (total 2 miles). Hit a certain someone over the head with a frying pan. Actually 2 people who need whacking. Oops. That has nothing to do with DD plan. Sorry.

Maybe vegetable beef soup for dinner.

Try to stay within 200-400 calories.

:notwrthy: Been Too Freaken Cold for me to continue doing low DDs at this time of year. I'm going to try calorie cycling with 800 & 1600 instead, along with doing BFFM.

Yep. It's all in the planning. Lack of planning is a plan, right? LOL, just found out the kid's school is cancelled AGAIN tomorrow. I am SO over being cooped up in the house. I haven't eaten anything yet. Haven't even figured out what's for dinner and all three kids have asked. I think it is going to be a boiled egg day for me. I guess I better figure out a plan for them, too. I might have to leave the house and face frigid temps and really snowy roads for a Diet Dew today. I don't keep those in the house on purpose but after 4 days of never leaving the house I am about to lose my sanity. Do we have a straight jacket smiley?

Hello!

I needed something 'healthy' to break my fast today. Overindulged in every way last night, bad me. Happily there in my fridge was some prepared mango. 200 cals.

While out doing some errands I had one of my favourite soya flat white coffees. 75cals

I will shortly be preparing DH's dinner and I'll allow myself some of the ratatouille I made a couple of days ago. 100 cals.

Not my lowest DD ever at 350 cals, but I had to be gentle with myself today.:o

Wow, this DD is the hungriest I've had a long time! I've not eaten anything today, and my stomach is angry. :D I have been, of all things, drooling over recipes on the internet and trying to come up with the most appealing thing I can find for 200 calories.:rofl:

Lunch - 1 can albacore tuna with mustard
Dinner soup

I was thinking about making today a DD, and only had yogurt for breakfast. Then DH texted me and told me he's going out of town for the next couple of days and wants to have dinner as a family tonight. So it's now an UD.

Thanks for your sweet comment. I won't be posting in the daily menu plan & weigh in threads, but I will make sure to stay in touch. I've just started a 14 week "Burn The Fat Challenge" this week, so that should help keep me warm over the winter. BTW - It's free & open to the public for the first time ever, if anyone is interested in joining.

DD/ Freezing day here!

6:15am- coffee w/ SF creamer= 40

11am- green tea

Bedtime snack just prepared (I'm hungry, but it's only 7:30pm)
7oz lettuce= 28
2oz celery= 8
1oz pickle= 4
1oz tuna= 25
.5oz turkey pepperoni= 35
.5 hard boiled egg= 36
Total= 136 + 40= 176 (likely will have an 80 calorie yogurt- will bring me to 256- high for me, but I'm hungry)

Reporting progress. I made it to 4:54 pm so far. Only my morning coffee and lemon water plus lots of plain ice water today.

My goal is to stick to between 200-400 calories for the day.

Probably having Tilapia plus soup for dinner. That should be 250. Will be back later to update. You guys are helping me be accountable big time! Thanks for this thread because I need it.

Having a good DD here....even exercised a bit today! :)

Morning: coffee w/1tbsp h&h; 1/2 packet Big Train mocha Fit Frappe made into a hot drink
Afternoon: Starbucks tall skinny vanilla latte
Dinner: soup
Snack: FF Greek yogurt mixed with 1/4 c. Fiber One cereal and 1/4 c. frozen mixed berries

Cals: 498

And when I took my socks off tonight I discovered two very swollen ankles probably due to the pickles. But I had a good day
