Getting the whole family over the stomach bug, including myself. I think I am better now, just really depressed today. Stayed home from work and was unproductive.
TOM also stopped by, so that could be some of the reason for the emotional breakdown ( a lot of other things are going on too). I also just ate whatever I wanted... I just gave myself a day off. No regrets, no excuses, I did it and I am moving on.

Bedtime snack just prepared (I'm hungry, but it's only 7:30pm)
7oz lettuce= 28
2oz celery= 8
1oz pickle= 4
1oz tuna= 25
.5oz turkey pepperoni= 35
.5 hard boiled egg= 36
Total= 136 + 40= 176 (likely will have an 80 calorie yogurt- will bring me to 256- high for me, but I'm hungry)
Didn't have the yogurt. The bigger salad was surprisingly filling.

Sorry you're having a rough time. Good for you, though, for giving yourself the day off and not stressing about that. You needed it.
