Didn't see a thread started so decided to post one. I definitely need to be watching my UD's closely apparently.:stars:

Other than some half and half in my coffee, I'm trying to eat low calorie today until dinner (nonfat Greek yogurt, oatmeal, baby carrots). Dinner tonight is pizza casserole, and I plan on having my fair share. :laugh:

My first counted UD in a while... Nice to be getting back to the routine though!

B: coffee, protein shake
L: chili
S: coffee, oatmeal w/ a few dried cranberries
maybe some tea
D: pulled pork - probably sammich-style
coffee

So if I have added correctly then I have consumed 785 calories thus far.:confused: Which means I have around 915 calories left. My UD number is 17?? so I should be in good shape. Follow this careful UD w/ a good DD tomorrow and we'll see if the scales are kinder to me on Friday.:aprayer:

Good UD today. No idea why. I just feel saner. Pterostilbene? Settling into rotations? A one off? Whatever it is, I'm grateful for it. :notwrthy:

Started out as a DD.

B: Fage 0% w/ez-sweetz (100)
S: Quest bar (160)
L: Ordered in, had burritos, taquitos, chips, salsa, quesadillas
D: ?? DH is going out of town and wants to have a nice dinner before he goes (thus today is now an UD instead of a DD).

Breakfast: Won Ton Breakfast Bites
Lunch: Salad with cheese, bacon bits, and dressing. 3 oz. ham.
Snack: Saltine crackers and a couple Ritz crackers, tuna pack
Supper: Homemade chicken stew and crackers.

Didn't have enough calories so I added 2 more Won Tons and 6 slices of pepperoni.

Even with all this, I only made it to 1600 yesterday.
