The rain's pretty heavy and the wind chill is quite high but the Hercules Storm should be passed by Tuesday morning.

B: BPC with MCT oil (110kcals)
L: broth with shirataki noodles (40kcals)
D: soup with shirataki noodles (100kcals)

As my DD can range up to 800+kcals, I've got enough spare capacity to have a supplement of unmodified potato starch, some extra konjac and maybe an MCT-boosted evening snack of cocoa with unsweetened almond milk if I need it.

L: unlikely. Maybe a V8 if I feel like it (70?)

maybe some lite yogurt for dessert.

I'm shooting for the 600 or lower range.

Oh hey, does anyone ever have V8 hot? as in temperature, not spicy. ?

L- 1/4 C greek yogurt (30) with 1/4 C blueberries (21)
D- chicken with 1/2 C broccoli and 1 tbsp soy sauce (135) 1/4 C cottage cheese (55) and diet swiss miss (25)

Breakfast or really late lunch about 11am
half of my protein shake, made with 1/4 cup 0% fage, 1T gelatin, 1t maca, 3T egg whites, 1/2t gluc, coconut milk, stevia, coffee, vanilla, cardamon
lunch was 1 packet salmon mixed with 1 boiled egg and mustard wrapped in a nori wrap
the other half of the shake
dinner will be low cal soup
I have half an apple and half an orange if i need it.

I'll be under 500 if i stick with this.

L - Lots of ice water with juice of one lemon squeezed in for 12
D - Home made vegetable soup w/ ACV and EVCO for about 90

That's my plan and I'm stickin' to it!!!

Much better DD today than my last two! I didn't do any exercise today so don't know if that made it easier??

D: can Progresso light chicken noodle soup, 1.5 ounces chicken breast, 5 roasted Brussels sprouts

3oz cucumber= 12
3oz celery= 12
1oz pickle= 4
1/2 a hard boiled egg= 36
Vinegar w/ sea salt= 0
Total= 88 calories + 40= 128 (maybe an 80 calorie yogurt if needed).
