7:11 p.m. and another successful DD is almost in the hopper. Whew!

The soup at dinner was soooooo satisfying I couldn't even finish the whole bowl because I felt stuffed. How did that happen?

I had 3 ounces of dry red wine with it and then went back to slugging down the lemon water. This lemon water really, really keeps me happy! Glad someone brought up that old thread because I had gotten out of the habit and it got me going again.

I didn't put the coconut oil or ACV in my soup 'cos it already was so tasty.

So, I'm all in today for appx. 225 calories.

I went with the plan and was at 523 for the day.

Dinner was 2 small chicken breasts, flattened a bit, stuffed with frozen (thawed, squeezed) spinach, mixed with light cream cheese and spices. Pan fried the outside and roasted for a bit at 300.
Mushroom purée as gravy.
1/2 a pineapple as dessert.
Gourmet-est DD ever!

Ended the day at 581. I'm happy with that!

It does sound divine, Soren. Sometimes I enjoy my "simple" DD meals so much more than my decadent UD meals.
