Okay, I need to stop resenting the need to plan my UDs. Otherwise I'll end up resenting the fact that I only eat every second day and I am persistently porky.
B: buckets of pterostilbene. I've had three this morning for breakfast.
Coffee w cream
L: coffee, broth, two eggs if I need them. More pterostilbene, perhaps.
D: some kind of meat, veggies, a glass of wine.

B-one fried egg, bacon. I should not have eaten the bacon. Ugh. I feel so icky right now!
L-7 oz ginger ale. Made me feel slightly better, but still feeling icky
Supper-salmon, cooked in a tbsp of coconut oil, cucumber mixed with mayo
Probably a deviled egg at some point to get some more calories in me

Breakfast: 3 ounces rotisserie chicken
Lunch: Salad with 1 oz. cheese and 2 T. dressing, chicken breast
Snack: 1/2 serving pretels and 1 pouch Tuna
Supper: 8 oz. hamburger patty, 1 T. sour cream, 1 slice gouda cheese, 3/4 bag stir fry vegetables
Snack: 12 slices pepperoni, 1/2 cup cottage cheese

Started with bulletproof coffee and then a fasted workout on my elliptical.
I'm having some wonderful soaked oatmeal for breakfast. It was soaked for 24 hrs in whey and water. It made it kinda tangy but it is supposed to help with the wheat intolerance or something. We will see. I have been wanting to eat oats again.
So I made 1/2 cup of the soaked oatmeal with 1T peanut butter and 1T powdered peanut butter, coconut milk, a little more greek yogurt, chia seeds, 1T of dried cranberries, 1T chopped pecans and 1T peanuts.
Lunch will be ribs, broccoli salad and a deviled egg
Dinner will be salad and a little protein.
Feeling pretty light today. Pants are a little looser. I love that. I almost weighed but I have chosen to not weigh this month so im making myself wait.
