UD Sunday - whatcha' eatin' ?

I promised DH baked doughnuts over the holidays, and I got sick and didn't feel like baking in the morning... but I got to it today!
classic example of "can't have that today, but I can have it tomorrow!"
I found a recipe that makes just 6 baked doughnuts (not Low carb... but I know there's recipes here for some as well if you prefer fully LC).
I tried subbing in some splenda today, and I'll work to get my version lower carb (but not entirely LC). They came out perfect today!
B: 2 baked doughnuts (with glaze, they're 215 each, which is really pretty good)
1c almond milk
L: not a clue
D: um, ditto. I need veggies in the house!
even though I ate supper super late last night, I think the all day fast worked, and I'm still down on the scale a bit today!
DH wants to go out and use one of our Christmas gift cards before the deep freeze hits tomorrow, so today:
B - BP coffee x 2
L - Avocado, tomato, cucumber salad with toasted & buttered Maria sub roll
D - Don Pablo's, not sure yet if I'll have fajitas or "skinny" enchiladas. I'll make a few Ouizoid tortillas nuked into chips to take for the salsa. Don Pablo's has the calorie counts for everything on the menu, which is helpful.
I slept in a bit this morning (up at 6:45 instead of 4:00), and I ate too much yesterday, so I'm having a rare UD where I have not had breakfast. I almost decided to make it a DD after my feasting yesterday, but DH convinced me to hold off until lunch and we'll go out somewhere yummy.
Still all up in the air, but I know there will be lots of deliciousness at some point today.

Lunch, iron shot- liver worst, egg whites for cracker sub, very tastie
Nibbling tendency today , black walnuts=190 for 1-4 cup yikes.
Dinner omelet, mushrooms, bell peppers, spinach, mostly egg whites, cheese, 1 k est. for dinner
So should stop there:)
Had a good UD and it's not over yet.
Went out to a new Italian for a date lunch before the cinema (All is Lost, amazing).
1 glass red wine
Shared a Mozzarella, tomato and avacado salad and a plate of Bresaola
Spaghetti aglio, olio and chilli.
one chocolate truffle
Bit of a guess on the calories but I think around 1,100. So will find a little something this evening while watching Sherlock!
Had a great DD yesterday! Yay! Scale is down this morning so wooo-hoooo!
As usual, after a really low DD I'm not hungry so have not had anything but coffee before church this morning.
I do have my day planned. I bought top sirloin steaks, a nice big sweet potato, brussel sprouts, fresh tomatoes and greens for a salad and a beautiful bottle of Shiraz to go with it all.
DH wants to BBQ the steaks so that will be an early dinner.
Lots of veggie soup for lunch if I'm hungry and I still have some leftover chicken, beef and ham in the fridge if I want to put some protein in the soup. We'll see. Nothing fancy.
on my second UD in a row. yikes LOL!
today is my oldest's birthday. 8 years old today :). the birthday girl requested steak on the grill, mashed potatoes, and corn. and of course home made birthday cake.! sooooo - yeah.

B-Made breakfast this morning with homemade home fries (really missed this since I have been LC for a long time) with scrambled eggs on top and 2 slices of bacon, coffee with half n half
D-pot roast in dutch oven with roasted sweet potatoes, turnips, potatoes and baby carrots (whole house smells great, can't wait to eat dinner) and a few glasses of wine.
Oh, I forgot, 2 cookies :)
Everyone's food sounds so good to me today! Luckily, mine is good too!
B: Coffee/HWC (2), 4 slices bacon, 3 fried eggs
L: Tuna salad w/mayo & dill relish
D: 2 bowls chili w/cheddar cheese
Total: 2000, 39 net carbs
For breakfast I had a little bit of sausage, 2 eggs, all cooked with my new favorite thing: brussels sprouts greens!
For lunch I had a hot dog (that's what the kids were eating) and some amazing farmers' market liverwurst.
For snacky I had some paleo brownies
And for supper I'm having a small steak and more brussels sprouts greens.
I have no idea on the calories. I'm doing this baby steps and first step is getting into a good rotation and second is keeping it LC. 3rd will be counting UD calories.
My ud needs work. Breakfast was some gf cranberry walnut bread with butter. And coffee with co. Later made a cappachino. Cleaned out pantry and found some truffles so I ate them. Then made some football snacks. Which was little bits of chicken with a small piece of pepper jack cheese wrapped with a pepperoni. Had a few. Later we r having some truffle goal cheese and pino Grigio. But I added it up and I am only around 1100?? I will check fit day again.
All sounds glorious. Baked doughnuts?! Truffles?! Pino anything!? I am inhaling your words.

Considering how bad my DD got last evening I probably shouldn't eat anything today. But what's done is done, so getting back on with rotations.
B: egg, 3 slices bacon, 1 slice rye toast, coffee w/h&h
L: tropical sunrise protein shake, 10 pistachios
S: sf cranberry walnut bread, 1 miniature dark chocolate w/1tsp peanut butter, coffee w/sf creamer
D: small green salad, buffalo chicken lasagna, part of a roll
S: sf hot cocoa and 1/2 scoop protein powder, maybe some Greek yogurt w/sf jam & almonds while watching Downton Abbey (can't wait!)
Target: 1900 calories
Soup and garlic bred probably got me to 1500 cal but I'll take it.
So happy with everyone's energy today!!
I wound up having 1/2 a bag of "Chicago style popcorn", mix of cheese and caramel, we got at target.... Along with the remainder of the Christmas aisle :doh: but 70% is hard to pass up!
Side note: target is new to canada :)
I shop in the US a lot, so I know what to expect... Ours aren't as good as yours, but still pretty good.
Anyway, hooked the wii up in the living room, and played a bit.
Dinner: roast beef sandwich on ciabatta. Considering having the other 6" sandwich, dh made these, salami and cheese. But I'm full!
But they are delicious...
Oooooh the dilemma.
I had pickles, that's like a veggie right?
