Down Day Friday - Plans

I am going to be drinking water until this evening, when I will have a salad with my friends.

Keeping busy with crafts and cleaning (to prepare for friends coming over!) today, and also taking Eldest to the airport.

My plan is to only have coffee w/ cream (80) however if that doesn't work, I have prepared the following as backup:

L= salad consisting of peppers, cucumber, onion, tomato, chopped roasted chicken, feta, lime, olive oil and spices = (225)

D = sardines in tomato sauce & 2 rice cakes (190)

I am having water and broth, then going to a friends house for supper where I plan to eat a small salad and very small portions of what I like...should come in way under 500 cals...and no wine!!!!

L: broth with shirataki noodles, 2g of konjac, cabbage and mushrooms (60kcals)
D: egg and eggwhite omelette, baked beetroot and olives (130kcals)

Running total of 300kcals although I may have a snack later (<100kcals). I have an allowance of up to 900kcals as I'm in maintenance but I was a little up today because of sodium yesterday and I'd like to shift that.

I've only had coffee so far, and not sure what I'll have for dinner. It could be soup, or maybe a salad if bf goes out. I don't think I have any meat thawed that I could use...

The hungries got the better of me and I had a vanilla yogurt (100) w/1 T of SF marmalade (4), and 4 pecan halves (40), which brings me to 244. The rest of the evening may be a struggle, but I have high hopes.

Haven't eaten anything yet!! Had 2 coffees w/ cream which is 80cal. Stomach is grumbling but going to wait until I get home to have lupper (any Seinfeld junkies around?) )

So far I've had coffee with SF creamer, 2 strawberries, some chopped cucumber and grape tomatoes with vinegar and 6 oz of tilapia. I may have a HB egg a bit later, should still be at around 400 calories.

ANOTHER HIGH DD for me too Cindy. 1,200
At 5:30 pm everything thing seemed fine. I was trucking alone ate a good amount of blackeyed peas little meat, fine....And then out of the blue, I had the peanut butler jar open, and with the syrup jug, yes and pop corn.
I saw 139.4 on the scale today too, blueberries to that, no biggy.
UD TMW anyway!

Someone brought chocolates to our gathering, and a few got added to my salad and diet jello, along with some cheese to ameliorate the sugar rush. But I stayed within Down Day calories, so I am feeling pretty good.

Hello! Long time no post...I'm back at it and used JUDDD to keep weight off during the holidays. That worked but I'd gained nearly 10lbs previously by exercising (it always makes me gain! Annoying!) so now I'm back into "losing mode" and much less casual about it now. I'm finding I do really well pretty much fasting all day and having one small meal early in the evening. Today I had my meal at breakfast. I had KETO pancakes and hwc in my coffee so I'm sitting at about 441 for today so far. If I eat anything else it would be a salad and/or broth for hopefully less then 50 cals. I had a successful DD last time and managed to drop the 3 lbs I gained during TOM which hasn't quite left the building yet...so the fact that I was down 3lbs after yesterday's UD (and early dinner buffet) I'm feeling pretty good! :-)
