L. Made a small smoothie, only 101 calories
1/2 cup of canned pumpkin, to egg whites, 1/4 c of carrot juice-for sweetness and spices-nutmeg and ginger. YUM
Made in my bullet mixer.
Dinner will be home made chili with ground beef, normal chili additives.
Corn chips and shredded cheese.
Snack cranberry and nuts.
Having a in control UD. It's only 1 pm so, big talker here.

I just had dinner, which was Greek grilled chicken, baked potato with everything, and a small salad with ranch. I'm estimating the entire meal at 800, which would put me at around 1170. Now I'm having a milk stout and will probably have more--180 cals a beer... hoping to keep it between 1800-2000 total.
ETA: I only ate a few bites of the salad, didn't finish the potato and shared the chicken with my dogs. :) Hence, the lower estimate.
Ugh...I ate way too much pork. Again.

Argh!! I planned 1800 (based on the calculator) and even put it in MFPsite but I actually ended up eating closer to 2500 after everything said and done. I've been hungry all day.
B = 2 boiled eggs, english muffin with raw peanut butter and home made jam, tea with honey (460)
MS = grapes (100)
L = fish, brussel sprouts, beets and carrots (300)
AS = apple and cheese (200)
D = homemade burger w/ garden salad and kettle chips (bun was double the calories) (900)
ES = coffee w/ 3 creams + chocolate and later I had a handful of cashews (500) - I had the chocolate planned into the 1800, but not the fruit, cashews, cheese and extra cals from the bun
I have my meals for the next 3 days planned on MFPsitestaying at or under 500cals for tomorrow's DD
Edit: wow I seem to eat much more than everyone else or you all have much lowers UDs than me - mine is 1800 with no exercise @ 20%
Yikes, Retry of my no exercise, 20% wt. loss mode on Dr j's calculator gives me 1,600 cal. Ud, 350 ish dd.
glad I noticed.
MY DD is 360 but I can rarely get that low, I'm lucky if I can manage 500 but I still manage to lose with that.
I find that I'm always hungry which I suppose is a good thing because my body is burning fat (or so I read) but it makes the days so much more longer!
