DD Thursday

So looking forward to today.

I have boiled a couple of eggs, have a cabbage in the fridge, miso soup at the ready and a water bottle beside me. Black code is going to be my friend this week too.

L - 1 boiled egg with celery salt. (I love celery salt, it is so tasty.) 80 cals

We'll see where the day takes me.

I'm looking forward to a DD as well. Time to get rid of the bloat. I'm going to see where the day takes me. It's my first DD in awhile and I'm planning on just listening to my body.

L: Yogurt (80c)
D: Unsure. Maybe soup.
Water and tea throughout the day.

WOE: Whatever plan keeps me around 150 lbs!
B: Black coffee (5) I have a Fage NF Greek yogurt if I decide I want to eat (100)
L: Small Wendy's chili with onions and TJ's habanero sauce (184)
D: (Planned, anyway) 200g zucchini noodles, WF Alfredo sauce (to try), garlic, and a 2 oz can of tuna (86)

All together, if I eat everything, I'll be around 375 calories. I also have a Quest bar if I decide I want an afternoon snack, for another 170 calories. That would equal 545 calories and feel like an absolute feast.

I'm IN!!!

I'm still a bit, um, drippy (i.e. post-nasal drip) and not enjoying that AT ALL.

I did refill my vitamins last night, so I need to get those onboard right now.

My plan was liquids till dinner, and then, um... OMG I NEED A PLAN.

I'll check the calories in celeriac-- I have one in the house, but no other veggies. I might have to get DH to stop at the store on the way home otherwise (we have a 2nd car, but we didn't put winter tires on it b/c we're expecting DH's new car to arrive soon... and I don't want to drive a car w/out winter tires on it... UGH).

and green tea. I feel the need for at least 1 cup of green tea today.

SO EXCITED to get this numb, pins-and-needles thing out of my hands and feet! I know it's b/c of the extra weight/bloat, and am just excited to be rid of it!

Starting back up after being away from JUDDDing for a little over a month. The plan is coffee with SF creamer for BF, chopped cukes and tomatoes with vinegar for lunch and a veggie omelet for dinner. Some chicken broth in between if I need it. Feels good to be back on board!

We are off and running. DDs hold no fear for us.

Sorry you are feeling stressed LC Librarian. Sending hugs.

I managed to drink black coffee while out and surprised myself by actually enjoying it.

Have decided on cabbage in broth with chilli flakes for diner.

I am drinking my water like a good girl. About to have a cup of tea (without the 2 slices of dark chocolate Panettone I had yesterday).

DD here.

Starting off with coffee and vitamins, including 2 ptsero (or however you spell it!)

My plan is to drink lots of water and tea and hold out on chewing anything for as long as possible.

Yesterday I ate everything I wanted to without going overboard. We had pizza and beer, took two long walks, watched sports and played with our grand kids.

I'm not overly hungry. Thank the Lord! Thought I might be after all the carbs yesterday.

Feeling like I can have an awesome DD and I'm looking forward to it!

When I do get hungry, I have lots of home made soup, leftover roast beef and eggs for protein and also tuna and tilapia. If/when I do eat, I'm going to go for protein first.

A good DD is exactly what I need today! My tummy is already feeling better, and surprisingly I'm not feeling at all hungry after all the feasting.

B: Coffee/HWC
L: Broth w/hot sauce
D: Cooked ham or boiled eggs

Target: 500 VLC

LCL, I'm sorry you're feeling bad today. I hope it clears up for you quickly!

It's 1 pm and I am hungry. I do not want to go over 350 calories today! I don't!

b/ coffee w/h&h, peppermint tea
sn/ 90 calories Quaker rice snacks (hopefully not an awful mistake and the carbs don't make me crave), chicken broth
d/ turkey rolled up with dill pickle, some veggies

Need to go drink some water... it's so cold in the office it doesn't sound appealing, but hopefully it will fill me up.

I had a great DD for the 31st and a stellar UD yesterday - don't know why I am so hungry. Grrrrr

WOE: Going back to JUDDD
B - Coffee with 1 tsp CO and a packet of Yoohoo
L - nothing, but will have another coffee in a little while
D - I'm simmering a pot of bone broth with lots of celery, mushrooms and may toss in some fresh spinach. If I'm feeling ambitious I will make some Buttoni dumpling noodles for the soup. Kinda draggy today, due to being quite congested and lots of coughing

Thanks for the kind words...

I was feeling stressed and depressed this morning. Then I got up to my 6 yr old throwing up. He has since tossed his cookies 3 more times.
I have been mopping and doing laundry all morning. I really wanted to just give in and make it an UD!!!!
We have snacky food all over the kitchen and it has been so hard not to just grab something. But I am really not hungry...just stressed out.
I made myself an almond milk latte so I am better now (50 cal)

I called out of work for the day so I am going to wait as long as I can before eating anything else today. I have been drinking water, but it is annoying how much I have to use the bathroom!

Hope everyone is doing great today ( or at least better than I !)

LCL, that's a bad way to start the day. Good call on the latte-- sounds like a nice treat, and still low cal.

I'm not ready to talk about this, but I'm having stress at home too. My dog, Haka. I'll update with more, maybe over the weekend.

On the up side, like LCL, it's not making me hungry, so that's something.

Good DD so far.

I made a smoothie to have a little about 11am and then the rest now.

It has 1 cup of coconut milk, 1/2 scoop of life basics protein with greens, 1/4 cup of egg whites, 1T gelatin, 1t maca and 1/2t gluc. It is yummy!!!
Lunch was 1 70 cup of tuna, mixed with 1 egg and mustard over a bed of thinly sliced zucchini
I have an apple in case i need it. A small one.
Dinner i think will be soup for 80 calories.

It will be 443 calories if i stick with this. I may not have the apple. So far doing good. I am really liking focusing more on protein instead of just eating tons of veggies.
The tuna and egg cup with mustard is so filling!!!

6:30am-12pm- the same cup of coffee never got finished- the whole mug was 60 so I'll say= 40.

Bedtime snack at 9:30pm:
3oz lettuce= 12
2oz celery= 8
3oz cucumber= 12
1oz pickle= 4
1/2 hard boiled egg= 36
Vinegar and Sea salt= 0
Total= 72

72+40= 112 (Maybe 40-80 calories of yogurt- we'll see.)

I may have a small dinner with DH but not sure yet. I don't often have a really low or zero DD so I might try to be brave and just do it today!
