Water throughout the day.

Supper will be a bite of pork, a bite of gluten free cornbread, and a bite of Hopping John. Oh, and probably a few strands of sauerkraut (yuck!) that will be on the pork. I'd pick them off, but, well, superstitions and all that!

Easy DD here. Not feeling so well. lots of congestion. Feel cold but may be due to fasting.

Had a great productive day so far! Laundry done--sheets and blankets too. Errands done, bathrooms cleaned, vacuuming done...yay!

Also have not eaten since yesterday, and looking forward to my supper. Hope everyone has had a great day.

Ugh...the pork roast was too good. I ended up having more than a bite. Not much more, but still...my stomach is rebelling (can't eat too much pork).

Coffee all day, few bites of rotisserie chicken while cooking dinner, then a few bites of the fam's chicken Alfredo. I'm afraid I am having another cup of coffee now, though....with a bit of peppermint mocha Kahlua.

Good thing I am well within DD cals AND have all year to improve. <snort>

You all are doing wonderfully, though!!!!
