8/8//13: 170.8 (9.8 lb loss)
9/8/13 164.4 (6.4 lb loss)
10/8/13: 158 (6.4 lb loss)
11/8/13: 153.4 (4.6 lb loss)
12/8/13: 147.8 (5.6 lb loss)

1/1 - 145.6 no rotation since 12/23 (will start DD tomorrow)

Thrilled to start another year with this excellent weight control plan and all the lovely people on this forum. My goal is to end the month at 128 and feel truly comfortable with the rotations. I'm learning something new about how this works with my body (and my head) every day. It's interesting!

Going for 193.7, which would cancel out fall gain and reach 80 lbs lost.

1/1 - 202.1 - DD - this weight is after two up days, so I will change my stats after tomorrow's weigh in.

Goals for January:
-- 150 minutes of aerobic exercise a week
- weights work at least once a week, preferably twice
- eat protein and veg/fruit with most meals.
- 500 calorie DDs most DDs, but up to 1000 ok when needed (rarely)
- emphasis on home-cooked food.
- Guinea pig goal: only count up days one up day a week, but record what I eat every day.

Happy New Year JUDDD BUDDS! I am back after a hormone hiatus .
Looking for that wonderful JUDDD feeling and a lower weight on the scale.
Last time I started JUDDD in February of 2012 I was 155. I am the same today. Lowest Weight on JUDDD 142, but then the hormone issues started. I am giving this another go...because I love that JUDDD feeling.

What a pleasant surprise after an UD - where I might add, I counted every calorie and stayed within my limit... a GREAT way to start the New Year! For December, I was not counting - but trying to watch - I mostly maintained - no loss for December. All good.
