Its my first DD in a long time (modified for nursing). I'm going to try:

Glass of fresh squeezed V8 juice
70 cal Boca burgers for lunch
salad for dinner

Home made broth from rotisserie chicken bones, after bones cooked, then strained and added celery, carrots for flavor and vits, cook 10 more mins. Not in stone every time.
Star bucks French roast coffee-leaded of course.
Diet coke over flowing
Dinner will add chicken pieces to broth for sleeping needs.
Good dd everybody, so far so good!

wow to all of you - I eat way more on my DD and I'm bad because I don't count the calories in veggies or coffee/cream but I guess I should

B= coffee w/ cream
L= 2 eggs (140) and veggies
D= chicken (240) with greens
S= coffee w/ cream

My FIRST DD! Going well so far, no hunger. :)

B- Herbal tea with 1T HWC (50)
L- Broth (5)
D- Cabbage/chicken/cheese! (Not sure on the count, but it's a recipe from these forums and I believe it's pretty darn low)

Went to bed feeling like crap last night and then slept way late.

B- coffee with HWC (50)
L- tea, water, possibly a HB egg (70)
D- tuna, mayo, HB egg, mustard (220) carbmaster yogurt (60) 1/4 C cottage cheese (55)

Haven't had anything besides my coffee creamer but we are on our way to my husband's work thing so I'm planning to keep as low carb as possible.
