WOE: JUDDD
Start Date: Jan 2012
Trying JUDDD again!!

I tried JUDDD in 2012 and had success with this WOE. I can't really remember how much I lost (maybe 30 lbs?) . What I do remember is that my losses really slowed down when I started tinkering with the rotations or trying different time frames for eating. I also had more trouble when I fasted on DD...I felt like it set me up for binges on UD's.

My new game plan is 400 to 500 calorie DD's and really monitoring calories on UD's. It is surprising how many calories you eat in a day nibbling.

I was very happy to see some familiar faces that stuck with this WOE and have had great success. You are and inspiration to me and the others that come here to learn more about JUDDD

Welcome back! I lost on Judd before and then bounced around to other plans, losing even more. I'm back to Judd because I need a bit more variety. I go off plan when I'm too severely restricted.

JanetTN. It sounds like a good plan, returning to what worked for you previously, and knowing that you do best when you don't tweak the essentials.

I hope that you and JUDDD settle down nicely together.

back Janet! I restarted on 12/10. Wish I would have stuck with it but the good thing about JUDDD is that it's very forgiving. You can do it!

Read the posts on Krista Varady's new book. She definitely recommends 500 calories to avoid muscle loss.
