I am wanting to do a water only Down Day, but I keep thinking about my leftover salad (greens, meat, cheese, viniagrette) in the fridge. It's calling my name!!!

I only had half my cup of coffee=15

I just had a cup of tea- sugar cookie sleigh ride

Bedtime snack will be 3oz lettuce= 15
2-3oz cucumber= 8-12
2oz pickles= 8
2-3oz celery= 8-12
.5oz turkey pepperoni= 35
= 70 calories or there about (maybe an 80 calorie yogurt if needed)

Estimated total= 85 or 165 if I have the yogurt.

You guys did so well. I think I ended at about 400. I was hoping for better but ended up eating a few bites of leftovers while I was making DH's dinner tonight.

Thanks so much for the Cheesecake recipe.

Usually there is sweetener in the cheesecake part. Maybe not having any is why it is so good??

I ended at 460. I had 5 Ritz crackers with another wedge of LC cheese and dill pickle slices. Amazing what seems so decadent on a DD lol.

Two totally UUADs - many, many, MANY thousands of calories undoubtedly. I couldn't even begin to know how to track them. Huge bounce on the scale this a.m. Ah well, I expected it.

DD was pretty successful - just coffee with small amounts of coconut oil until evening, then I had quite a lot of bone broth with Buttoni's dumpling recipe made into noodles. I don't know how to calculate the bone broth calories, but the "noodle" part was about 65.

You all did better than me. I had more of a MD with about 1,000, after tasting leftovers while heating them up for others. I was still down 3 lbs. this morning from my post Christmas high of 150!

I'm wondering should today be an UD or DD?

I went to bed early to avoid having my leftover salad, and this morning, I had it as soon as I got up!

But I made it! Water only Down Day to get me back on track, and now a salad to start my Up Day. What could be better?

Also, HALF of the ten pounds I 'gained' over the two days of Christmas feasting is gone. Thank you, JUDDD!

Off to start the Friday thread!
