S: glass kefir (64 cals)...if I need it

I'm hoping to do a full fast today. It is going to be hard to keep the UD, DD schedule with all the Christmas stuff happening so I'm hoping to have a great day today with lemon water, lemon water and more lemon water. :)

I no me too.
My father n law here for the day.
I'm on the fence, might tumble overrrrrrr.
Thinking of giving him a pop tart, hot cocoa, and pears brkfst and he will happy. He's easy to please.
I'm hoping to have one pears for brkft:) which is fine, but then the whole day maybe a witching hour DAY:)
I do feel strong though.

I'm unsure today. I'd like to try to make it as low as possible, but I don't know. So far:

Weekends are tough for me. I am here with my DH all day and we like to have meals together. Especially breakfast and lunch. If I can keep it under 500 i'll be happy. I had some great DD's this past week so im happy about that.

Breakfast was kale egg white omelet. 1 Cup of kale sautéed in a tiny bit of balsamic vinegar with a spray of olive oil and 1/2 cup of egg whites.

I made some gluc pudding that is in the fridge with a packet of yoohoo strawberry milk flavor. I have never used it but you add it to milk to make it strawberry. I thought it might make a good pudding. So that is 1/2 cup of almond milk with water and the yoohoo packet and gluc.

70 calories for breakfast
gluc pudding is about 20.
Lunch will be romaine with maybe a cup of tuna
then dinner will be soup.
Have ot get out and do some last minute Christmas shopping today. Not looking forward to that!!

Yesterday was supposed to be my DD, but I switched it to an UD so that Sunday can be an UD. I am going to a Casino Buffet with my Sister! Yum!
We haven't been there since before the kids were born (about 7 yrs) ... Looking forward to an UUUUUAD! However, my stomach seems smaller now... so I may feel like I ate a lot more than I really did!

Today? I don't know. I may try that lunch meat wrapped over a pickle spear... I also have a can of soup here (200).

It is only 9:50 am and my tummy is growling.

I ended up about 500 yesterday.

Had my omelet for breakfast,
some gluc pudding
a couple of nuts and a piece of dark chocolate
dinner was pictsweet steamed edamame and a tuna cup.
