Oh yes, this is travel day isn't it Dawn? Have fun!

B: Large Honeycrisp apple
L: Chobani
D: Vodka gimlet(s), homemade turkey noodle soup (the last of it!)
D: Large piece of Christmas Tree Cake*

*I have a Christmas Tree shaped cake pan, and every year I make a white cake colored green, and frost it with green frosting and sprinkles, candies, etc. It's just cake and frosting from a box and a can, but our family looks forward to it every year. YUM!

TMI - the dark green food coloring does have a side-effect that was quite alarming until we realized what it was the first year. Have to get used to that again each year!

We are heading down to my folks' tonight after my wife gets off work. We are stopping at our favorite sorta fast food place, Costa Vida. They do amazing gluten free food. Dinner will probably be sweet pork enchiladas and nachos.

Since dinner will be calorific and tomorrow will be an UUAD (probably), I am extending yesterday's DD as long as possible. I am right at the 40 hour mark and haven't gotten hungry yet (though I have been eying various foods in the house throughout the morning). I just did a couple of hours of chores and can feel it, so I will probably get something to eat soon. I want to keep it light so will probably do FF Greek yogurt and an orange.

Thanks, we will have fun!

RE: your TMI--and one of my own. I just had to giggle. When Keira was a toddler, and I mean when she was JUST starting to eat real food, she was in daycare, so I didn't always know what she was eating. I picked her up one Friday afternoon, and everything was fine. The following day, when I was changing her diaper . . . I thought she must have had something radioactive. Neon GREEN! NEON, practically glowing, GREEN! I called her daycare provider (at home, on the weekend) to find out what she'd eaten, and was told that she hadn't had anything "unusual." I was scared out of my mind, but she appeared to be fine, so we decided to just wait and see if she acted off at all. Come Monday morning, her daycare provider just casually mentioned, "Oh, I forgot, we had sugar cookies with different colored icing. Sometimes the food coloring can affect what you see in the diaper."

Great UD today. I am totally enjoying it!!

Bulletproof coffee this morning before my workout.
then cereal for breakfast. Coconut milk, 1/2 cup of gluten free granola, 1/2 cut up apple and a few nuts. It was totally yummy!!
then a protein shake for a snack and 2 cookies!! Bad bad
Lunch was chili, sour cream and some pork skins. Didnt eat it all.
then went to the gym and walked on the treadmill for 30 min
I have the other half of my apple for a snack this afternoon and half a cup of yogurt.
I have no idea about dinner. Probably salmon again with a salad and some sauerkraut.

I love that story about your daughter DAwn!!! That would have freaked me out too!!!

Red wine can be a bit scary too.

My spaghetti sauce turned out absolutely delicious! I used ground chuck instead of round, but other than that, it was what I intended and da bomb. I found 2 pieces of garlic bread and a garlic knot in the freezer and baked those too. Yummy supper! I had one piece of garlic bread, and graciously gave dbf the garlic knot and other piece of garlic bread.
