Dr. M's Daily Newsletter

I read Dr. Mercola's blog every day and I loved his title for his article today. "Intermittent Fasting Beats Traditional Diets and Even Chronic Calorie Restriction for Weight Loss and Other Health Benefits".

Over 60,000 people had already read it when I tuned in this morning. I love JUDDD and wish more people could get past the word "fasting" before they tune out.

Just thought I would share. I can't link since he sells supplements.

I got that email this morning Adi, and loved the article. He did, and always does, a wonderful job of outlining the health benefits of this WOE, as well as the weight loss. I agree with you, I wish so many more people would give this a fair shake. It is life changing!

I also get the Dr. M email. He convinced me to look around for a type of IF - and then I found this website thru Flutter... best advice I ever took!

I thought this was about Dr. Mosley...hmmm, Dr. Mercola?

ETA: Oh wow, I just went back and read Adi's post. It just goes to show that our brains are pre-wired to skip over information that we don't think we need lol. I saw Dr. M and just assumed.

LOL. I read his email newsletter everyday. I can always get some new tidbit of information I did not know before. I also use his spray vitamin D. I like it so much better than taking a big old pill. Plus I am hoping it is absorbed better. One can hope.
