My first UD
B: Coffee w/c, whole grain waffles butter lt syrup, 2 whole eggs scrambled with salsa. (547)
L: Hawaiian chicken, brown rice, cottage cheese, salad with dressing. (415)
Snack: Mini candies half cup coffee w/c (260)
Dinner: ?? thinking chili with mac n cheese - or - blue cheese burgers with mac n cheese with wine
Dessert - depends on how many cals I have left
