UD Thursday

Didn't see a thread posted yet. Sorry if I duplicated. So far my UD looks like a DD. Running late this morning so didn't have time to eat.

B: coffee w HWC = 50
L: Hoping for Zaxby's house salad
D: Not sure

S: SF pumkin pie maybe

*Today I am shooting for "limiting" breads and sweets.

My first UD

B: Coffee w/c, whole grain waffles butter lt syrup, 2 whole eggs scrambled with salsa. (547)
L: Hawaiian chicken, brown rice, cottage cheese, salad with dressing. (415)
Snack: Mini candies half cup coffee w/c (260)
Dinner: ?? thinking chili with mac n cheese - or - blue cheese burgers with mac n cheese with wine
Dessert - depends on how many cals I have left
