UD Wednesday - whatcha eating?

I'm feeling the need to pay close attention to calorie amounts today. I've been "eyeballing" my portions and "estimating" - thus the damage on the scale. ahem....

b/ coffee with half and half, piece of breakfast crustless quiche
l/ going out with co-workers - something yummy!
d/ soup and crackers
